Coda Search Staffing is seeking an agile Website Operations Manager embedded in a commercial marketing division to act as the liaison to engineering and IT teams. This role focuses on driving improvements across large-scale web systems, translating business needs into engineering tasks, and guiding software delivery cycles.

Hybrid role in Parsippany, NJ requiring on-site collaboration and strong familiarity with GA4, Salesforce, Jira/Confluence, and Sitecore.

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on experience as Product Owner or Technical Product Manager.

Our client is looking for an agile Website Operations Manager embedded within a commercial marketing division to act as the direct liaison to engineering and IT teams. This position focuses on driving continuous improvements across large-scale web systems, translating strategic business needs into well-defined engineering tasks, and guiding software delivery cycles.

The ideal candidate brings a solid technical grasp of digital platforms without needing to write code or produce visual UI designs. You will be responsible for resolving conflicting business priorities, relying on platform analytics, and maintaining a high standard for platform speed and reliability.

Hourly: $60-69/hr based on experience

Years of experience - 3-5 years

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee sprint cadence and maintain an organized back-log within Jira/Confluence, taking full ownership of feature ranking on behalf of cross-functional partners.
• Convert commercial strategies into detailed functional specs, coordinating directly with software developers to clarify acceptance criteria and unblock execution.
• Leverage analytics from GA4 and Salesforce records to justify roadmap direction and evaluate digital feature performance.
• Monitor critical website performance benchmarks, including web vitals, speed metrics, and stability.
• Troubleshoot live application errors as they arise, helping non-technical content creators navigate platform capabilities.
• Direct evening deployments on a recurring 5-week schedule (Thursdays post-business hours).

Qualifications & Background

• Role Background: Previous hands-on experience acting as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager.
• Agile Execution: Proven ability running delivery iterations alongside technical teams within an IT/Engineering setting.
• Systems & Tools: Expert-level familiarity with Jira and Confluence platforms; hands-on exposure to enterprise Content Management Systems (Sitecore familiarity is highly desired).
• Data Literacy: Working understanding of web metrics via GA4 along with CRM insights.
• Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional facilitation capabilities—able to navigate opposing input from leadership, establish alignment, and execute without friction.

Schedule & Setup

• Hybrid model requiring 4 days on-location at the Parsippany facility.
