Job summary

Vasion is seeking a Web Operations Manager to own CMS day-to-day work, governance of templates, and the web team's operating cadence. Remote or hybrid for nearby offices in St. George, UT or Lehi, UT.

You will translate business asks into actionable specs and collaborate with developers, designers, content, and regional marketing teams. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, you’ll drive sprint health, localization, and performance across web properties, with a focus on accessibility,

Qualifications

• Over 5 years in web operations or digital production.
• Experience building/editing pages in a modern CMS (headless preferred).
• Strong requirements gathering to turn business asks into specs.
• Experience running Agile ceremonies and delivering team roadmaps.
• HTML/CSS knowledge and ability to scope dev work with engineers.
• Familiar with SEO/CRO and web analytics tools; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Build, edit, and publish webpages using CMS components and templates.
• Own intake: gather requirements and turn into actionable specs.
• Decide when to execute in scope vs. hand off to developers or designers.
• Maintain templates, redirects, and multi-brand footprint.
• Lead standups, sprint planning, prioritization, and retros.
• Coordinate localization and multi-region site execution.
• Implement SEO and CRO tests; monitor performance and triage issues.
• Report performance to marketing leadership and stakeholders.
