Job summary

Vasion, Inc. is seeking a Web Operations Manager to own CMS day-to-day functions, build and publish pages, and lead the web team's delivery cadence.

You will translate business requests into actionable specs, govern templates and design-system usage, and partner with developers, designers, and marketing stakeholders to ensure timely, accessible, and high-performing pages. The role supports localization, A/B testing, and SEO initiatives, with standups, sprint planning, and roadmap ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in web operations, digital production, or related field.
• Experience editing/creating pages in a modern CMS (headless preferred).
• Strong requirements gathering to turn business asks into specs.
• Experience running Agile ceremonies and owning a roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Run web team standups, sprint planning, prioritization meetings, and retros.
• Build and maintain the roadmap for web and digital properties; manage sprint health.
• Triage inbound requests and translate into scoped roadmap items.
• Coordinate QA, cross-browser testing, and releases with development team.
• Support localization and multi-region site execution with content/marketing teams.
• Implement technical SEO and CRO/testing practices as directed by leadership.
