Job summary

Ignite Visibility is seeking a Web Project Manager for remote, full-time work overseeing complex website and digital projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across web development, design, SEO, CRO, analytics, and martech, ensuring on-time delivery and business-aligned outcomes.

You will translate client needs into clear technical requirements, manage risk and scope, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders while navigating multiple projects in a fast-paced agency setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in web project management or related role.
• Experience managing full-cycle website development projects.
• Strong technical understanding of web technologies, CMS platforms, integrations, and APIs.
• Hands-on with Webflow, WordPress, Contentful or similar CMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead web projects from discovery to launch.
• Coordinate engineers, designers, QA, analytics and SEO specialists.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and tasks.
• Identify risks and blockers and drive resolution.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and client communication.
• Ensure SEO, analytics, accessibility, performance, and ecommerce considerations.
