Job summary

AdvanceCare Health Services, LLC seeks a Part-Time Waiver/DDA Program Consultant responsible for reviewing programmatic work to ensure Tennessee state regulatory compliance. The role is remote, 10–15 hours per week, with a company laptop and required home office setup.

The candidate should have DDA/ECF/CLS experience and be able to review documentation, provide direction on improvements, and coordinate with VPs and Directors to implement recommendations while maintaining flexibility and strong

Qualifications

• Experience with DDA, ECF, CLS, Waiver, Family Model services.

Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation of programmatic work to leadership by reviewing information entered into PHS for regulatory compliance.
• Review records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Recommend actions to fix repeating issues and assist leadership in implementing changes.
• Review processes to ensure ongoing compliance and assist staff in improving efficiency.
