Job summary

Easter Seals Tennessee seeks a compliance professional reporting to the Director of Compliance to drive oversight for individuals and families served. The role includes leadership and supervision within the Compliance department and a strong emphasis on understanding funding-source compliance.

The position requires travel across Tennessee, including overnight stays (about 6 per year), and is based in Lebanon, Savannah, or Lexington offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor Degree and 4 years experience working with DDA and MCO fields required.
• Willing to travel weekly across TN; overnights average about 6x a year.
• Reporting to the Director of Compliance with leadership and supervision responsibilities.
• Being a current trained Provider Investigator is a plus.

Easter Seals TN continues to grow and expand with supports for individuals and families across Tennessee. Newly created position reporting to the Director of Compliance will drive continued compliance and oversight to those we support and their families. In addition, this position will assist the Compliance department with leadership and supervision. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate and share their understanding of compliance as it relates to funding sources. Being a current trained Provider Investigator a plus. Must be available to travel weekly across TN to support service sites. Though estimated and depending on individual preference, overnights in TN average about 6x a year. Position will be based either in the Lebanon, Savannah or Lexington TN office(s). Minimum of Bachler Degree and 4 years experience working with DDA and MCO fields required. Hiring range between $44K-$50K DOE.
