Job summary

Easter Seals Tennessee seeks a Compliance Officer to drive ongoing oversight for individuals and families served across Tennessee. Reporting to the Director of Compliance, the role includes leadership and supervision within the Compliance department and ensuring funding-source compliance.

This position requires travel across Tennessee to service sites; overnights in TN occur about 6 times per year. Bachelor's degree and 4 years experience in DDA/MCO fields are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years experience working with DDA and MCO fields.
• Understanding of compliance as it relates to funding sources.
• Experience as Provider Investigator is a plus.

Easter Seals TN continues to grow and expand with supports for individuals and families across Tennessee. Newly created position reporting to the Director of Compliance will drive continued compliance and oversight to those we support and their families. In addition, this position will assist the Compliance department with leadership and supervision. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate and share their understanding of compliance as it relates to funding sources. Being a current trained Provider Investigator a plus. Must be available to travel weekly across TN to support service sites. Though estimated and depending on individual preference, overnights in TN average about 6x a year. Position will be based either in the Lebanon, Savannah or Lexington TN office(s). Minimum of Bachler Degree and 4 years experience working with DDA and MCO fields required. Hiring range between $44K-$50K DOE.
