Job summary

Easter Seals Tennessee is seeking a compliance-focused professional to drive oversight across Tennessee, reporting to the Director of Compliance. The role includes leadership responsibilities within the Compliance department and requires travel to service sites across the state, including periodic overnights.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and at least four years working with DDA and MCO fields, with a preference for those with Provider Investigator experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience with DDA and MCO fields.
• Willingness to travel weekly across Tennessee; overnights about 6 times per year.
• Experience as a Provider Investigator is a plus.
• Position will be based in Lebanon, Savannah or Lexington, TN.

Easter Seals TN continues to grow and expand with supports for individuals and families across Tennessee. Newly created position reporting to the Director of Compliance will drive continued compliance and oversight to those we support and their families. In addition, this position will assist the Compliance department with leadership and supervision. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate and share their understanding of compliance as it relates to funding sources. Being a current trained Provider Investigator a plus. Must be available to travel weekly across TN to support service sites. Though estimated and depending on individual preference, overnights in TN average about 6x a year. Position will be based either in the Lebanon, Savannah or Lexington TN office(s). Minimum of Bachler Degree and 4 years experience working with DDA and MCO fields required. Hiring range between $44K-$50K DOE.
