Job summary

Easter Seals TN is seeking a Compliance position reporting to the Director of Compliance. The role focuses on driving ongoing compliance and oversight for individuals and families served, with leadership responsibilities within the Compliance department. Travel across Tennessee to service sites is required, including overnights.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4 years’ experience in DDA and MCO fields; being a current Provider Investigator is a plus. Salary range is $44K–$50K DOE.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree and 4 years experience working with DDA and MCO fields.
• Willingness to travel weekly across TN to support service sites.
• Current trained Provider Investigator a plus.

Easter Seals TN continues to grow and expand with supports for individuals and families across Tennessee. Newly created position reporting to the Director of Compliance will drive continued compliance and oversight to those we support and their families. In addition, this position will assist the Compliance department with leadership and supervision. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate and share their understanding of compliance as it relates to funding sources. Being a current trained Provider Investigator a plus. Must be available to travel weekly across TN to support service sites. Though estimated and depending on individual preference, overnights in TN average about 6x a year. Position will be based either in the Lebanon, Savannah or Lexington TN office(s). Minimum of Bachler Degree and 4 years experience working with DDA and MCO fields required. Hiring range between $44K-$50K DOE.
