Job summary

Support Solutions in Nashville seeks a seasoned regional leader to guide the regional office across Medicaid/HCBS waiver programs and related services. You will oversee program operations, staffing, budgeting, and compliance, while engaging with key stakeholders to sustain quality outcomes.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure training compliance, and manage resources across the residential and elderly services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred with 5+ years of demonstrated management experience in a disability services environment.
• Experience managing employees through multiple processes, including hiring and performance evaluations.
• Must meet state background checks and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Regional Office of Support Solutions and oversee Medicaid/HCBS waiver programs.
• Organize and direct all work related to program operations, including staffing and scheduling.
• Direct recordkeeping to meet funding guidelines (TNCARE, Medicaid) and ensure audit readiness.
• Coordinate meetings to build the company brand and engage with stakeholders.
