Job summary

Mindoula Health Inc. seeks a Washington Certified Peer Recovery/Support Specialist to assist members statewide. The role is primarily work-from-home with 20% community-based travel and requires WA certification.

Compensation ranges from $43,000 to $46,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities include planning care, assessing client needs, conducting screenings, and coordinating with care teams to provide high-quality support.

Qualifications

• Must be fully certified as a WA Peer Support Specialist.
• Experience as a Peer Recovery/Support Specialist preferred.
• Ability to plan care, assess client needs and complete screenings following program guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Identify member needs and document interventions.
• Provide support across settings and assist with support groups as needed.
• Contribute to case management meetings and coordinate with care teams.
• Document member contacts, touches, cancellations and care plans per policy.
• Communicate professionally with members, families, physicians and community partners.
• Support performance improvement and KPI achievement.
