The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 10 years in transformation and a track record in management consulting or enterprise programs, with a preference for financial services experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, management or a related discipline preferred.
• Ten years of related experience in business transformation, with several years in a management role with significant impact.
• Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation in B2B environments.
• Experience in the financial services sector (insurance, banking) highly preferred.

• Leads transformation initiatives that support growth objectives and deliver measurable impact.
• Partners with divisional leaders to identify high-value initiatives.
• Designs and delivers transformation programs coordinating cross-functional teams.
