Sedgwick is seeking a Vice President of Business Transformation (Finance) to lead major transformation programs and partner with senior leaders across the organization. You will set strategic priorities, design cross-functional initiatives, and drive adoption of data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and results.

In this role, you will manage senior professionals, align teams around enterprise goals, and monitor outcomes while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or related field.
• Ten (10) years in business transformation with significant management impact.
• Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation in B2B environments.
• Experience in financial services (insurance/banking) preferred. Certifications like PMP or PgMP are a plus.
