Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a VP, Business Transformation - Finance, to lead major transformation programs across the enterprise. You will partner with senior leaders to identify high-impact opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive adoption of innovative, data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and accountability.

The role requires a strong track record in strategy execution, analytics, and large-scale change programs, along with excellent communication skills and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Ten (10) years of related experience in business transformation with significant management impact.
• Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation in B2B environments; financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads transformation initiatives that support business unit growth and deliver measurable impact.
• Partners with leaders to identify high-value initiatives and drive cross-functional execution.
• Designs and delivers transformation programs with cross-functional teams and data-driven approaches.
• Drives process redesign and technology-enabled efficiency improvements.
• Accelerates deployment of innovative solutions through collaboration with tech and business leaders.
• Applies data-driven analysis to diagnose root causes and inform decisions.
• Drives change management and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Serves as a trusted advisor with strategic insight and executive presence.
• Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and embeds continuous improvement.
