Job summary

World Vision is seeking a Vice President of Total Rewards & Ministry Enablement to provide executive leadership for workforce planning, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and HRIS within the People & Culture division. You will partner with senior leaders to develop workforce strategies that advance organizational priorities and the Christian mission.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Fifteen (15) or more years of progressive leadership experience across multiple human resources disciplines, including workforce planning, total rewards, talent acquisition, HR operations, and HR technology.

Responsibilities

Provide executive leadership for workforce planning, HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and HRIS.
Partner with executive leaders to develop workforce strategies that enable organizational priorities, strengthen workforce effectiveness, and attract, develop, reward, and retain talent.
Lead the development of people strategies, systems, and services that support organizational performance and faithful stewardship of resources.
