Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks a VP, Total Rewards to lead global compensation and benefits, reporting to the CHRO. This strategic yet hands‑on role will shape compensation, benefits, and related programs across regions, manage a team, and collaborate with executive leadership to drive enterprise talent strategy.

The VP will oversee rewards programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with CHRO, CEO, and ELT to deliver a competitive total rewards architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Master’s degree highly preferred.
• CEBS and/or CCP certification is preferred.
• 15+ years of combined experience in global Compensation and Benefits with strong practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to developing Regal Rexnord’s Employee Value Proposition.
• Evolve Total Compensation philosophy to attract and retain top talent.
• Lead the annual market data acquisition, analysis, and modeling for internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Oversee annual merit and compensation tool development, integration and governance.
• Partner with CHRO and executives on strategic plans for named executives and proxy-related disclosures.
• Ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations across regions.
