Job summary

Norstella seeks a high-impact VP, Commercial Partnerships to identify, develop, and close non-traditional partnerships. You will architect bespoke deals where MMIT's data is embedded in partner platforms, driving mutual revenue growth across healthcare ecosystems.

You will report to the CRO and work across Sales, Product, Legal, and Finance to ensure sustainable, revenue-generating partnerships. Remote US-based candidates are encouraged to apply, with a focus on non-pharma markets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in healthcare business development, partnerships, or commercial strategy.
• Experience closing complex, bespoke commercial arrangements (OEM, data licensing, co-sell).
• Ability to navigate across Legal, Product, Finance, and Sales to align structures.

Responsibilities

• Identify non-traditional commercial opportunities where MMIT data can be embedded or licensed.
• Build and manage a pipeline of channel partners, data licensees, and co-sell candidates.
• Lead end-to-end deal architecture, including negotiation and modeling.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Legal, and Operations to align partnerships with GTM strategy.
• Maintain deep relationships with partner organizations and drive revenue growth.
