Job summary

Norstella is seeking a VP of Commercial Partnerships to identify, develop, and close non-traditional partnerships where MMIT data and capabilities are embedded in partner platforms or solutions. You will architect deals, structure collaborations, and drive recurring revenue across the non-pharma ecosystem.

You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure executable, sustainable partnerships that scale beyond one-time transactions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in healthcare business development, partnerships, or closely related fields.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue non-traditional commercial opportunities to embed MMIT data into partner solutions.
• Build and manage a pipeline of channel partners, data licensees, and co-sell candidates.
• Lead end-to-end deal architecture, including structuring and negotiations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Legal, and Operations to align partnerships with GTM strategy.
• Nurture relationships with key decision-makers to drive recurring revenue.
