Job summary

Norstella is seeking a VP, Commercial Partnerships to drive non-traditional partnerships that embed MMIT's data into third-party platforms. You will hunt for opportunities, structure bespoke deals, and close arrangements that generate recurring revenue while protecting data assets.

You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and work across Sales, Legal, and Product. The role focuses on non-pharma sectors with providers, health systems, healthcare IT vendors, and consultants, requiring a hunter

Qualifications

• 15+ years in healthcare business development or partnerships.
• Proven track record closing complex, bespoke deals.
• Deep fluency in healthcare and health tech.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close non-traditional commercial opportunities.
• Build and manage a pipeline of channel partners and data licensees.
• Lead end-to-end deal architecture and negotiations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Product for scalable structures.
• Represent MMIT in industry events to generate inbound interest.
