Job summary
DEPCOM Power, Inc., a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Vice President, Business Development to lead its rapidly expanding Services Business Unit. This role focuses on identifying opportunities in solar and BESS services, building new client relationships and expanding existing accounts through value-based solutions across the asset lifecycle.
Based in Scottsdale, AZ or fully remote within the U.S., it requires 25–50% travel and offers bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits
Qualifications
- Experience in the power and utility-scale renewables industry.
- Experience with O&M, repower, restoration or related service offerings.
- Experience identifying, prioritizing and selling value-based solutions.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Understand Solar and BESS Services markets to prioritize opportunities.
- Lead organic sales growth by establishing relationships with new customers.
- Collaborate with customers to develop maintenance and service solutions.
- Apply feedback to improve the sales process and services offerings.
- Lead deal negotiations and contracting leveraging internal capabilities.
- Partner with DEPCOM resources to maximize customer value.
- Develop value-based proposals aligning capabilities with outcomes.
- Participate in customer engagements, trade shows, and events.
