Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent progressive experience considered.
• 5–8+ years in sales leadership with direct people-management experience over a multi-person sales team.
• Marketing fluency; able to direct campaigns and content even without being the hands-on creator.
• Experience selling into complex, long-cycle institutional buyers (K-12, higher ed, HR/back-office services, or government) strongly preferred.
• Track record managing a team through integration or organizational change without losing pipeline momentum.
• Comfortable operating with a Chief of Staff executive layer above, translating strategy into execution rather than setting strategy independently.

Responsibilities

• Build go-to-market strategy across legacy service catalogs and translate market positioning into territory, account, and campaign plans.
• Manage and coach two Account Executives against pipeline, activity, and revenue targets; report attainment monthly/quarterly.
• Own the sales process end-to-end; prospecting through close, renewal, and expansion.
• Use CRM and sales analytics to optimize territory design, capacity, and conversion rates as the team grows.
• Execute cross-sell and bundled-pricing motions for engagements spanning multiple service lines.
• Maintain team coverage and continuity through staffing transitions with documented plans.
• Recalibrate quotas, activity targets, and comp/incentive structures as performance data accumulates.
