Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare interoperability, clinical data, EHR, or related software domains.
• 8+ years of leadership experience within the healthcare software industry.
• 5 years of experience modernizing mature software products while ensuring customer commitments.
• 1-3 years integrating acquired products or technology platforms.
• Experience creating shared engineering capabilities across different product lines.
• Proven ability to apply AI to enhance engineering productivity and software quality.
