• Experience creating shared engineering capabilities across different product lines.
• Proven ability to apply AI to enhance engineering productivity and software quality.

For our client, we are seeking a Vice President Research & Development to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This leader will guide the technology direction for a diverse portfolio of products and platforms serving mission-critical needs. The role will translate business and product priorities into clear technical roadmaps, capacity plans, and execution frameworks that support both innovation and operational continuity. You will also provide architectural leadership across multiple technology stacks while helping the organization modernize mature software in a way that protects customer commitments and strengthens long-term performance.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 annually
