Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a tech field and relevant leadership experience.
Extensive background leading multi-product engineering portfolios and governance.

Responsibilities

Own the AI delivery-maturity roadmap across all products and lifecycle stages.
Set and enforce governance for AI-generated code, including security reviews.
Lead engineering leaders across portfolio companies and drive talent development.
Balance platform modernization with supporting an installed customer base.
Communicate roadmap progress, risk, and investment to executives clearly.
Drive AI-enabled revenue and measure business impact of capabilities.
