Threadlock Precision is seeking a strategic and hands-on executive to serve as Vice President of Information Technology & Digital Transformation. This role will shape the enterprise IT strategy, oversee cybersecurity, and lead digital modernization across multiple sites while guiding acquisitions and integrations.

Remote with 25-30% travel within the United States. You will partner with business and operations leaders to drive automation, AI initiatives, data analytics, and MES/ERP modernization
