Job summary

Harris Computer seeks a highly strategic and hands-on VP of Research & Development to lead AI-driven product roadmaps and governance across our portfolio. You will guide AI-enabled delivery, establish standards, and partner with executive leadership on roadmap acceleration and security review of AI-generated code.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Ten or more years in software development with at least three years leading engineering organizations at director level or above.
Hands-on use of AI development tools with governance and safety considerations.

Responsibilities

Set and drive the multi-year technical roadmap for AI-enabled product lines.
Lead release commitments and standardize development processes across portfolio companies.
Own AI delivery maturity and governance with measurable business outcomes.
