Job summary

Accuity seeks a Vice President of Operations Enablement to build and lead the operational capabilities across the organization. This remote role partners with Operations leadership to drive workforce planning, learning, governance, and continuous improvement to scale performance and value delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in healthcare operations, proven capability in enablement functions, and a track record of translating strategy into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in healthcare operations and enablement
• Ability to translate strategy into executable plans
• Experience building workforce planning, learning, and change management functions

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning, deployment, and capacity management across enterprise.
• Oversee learning & development, onboarding, and capability building.
• Govern processes, SOPs, and change management across functions.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and performance metrics.
• Establish PMO standards and execution discipline for enterprise initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Technology, and Clinical Ops to scale offerings.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field

MBA or Master’s in Healthcare Admin/Org Leadership

Lean, Six Sigma, PMP or Change Management certs
