Job summary

Synapse Health is hiring a VP of Operations to lead HME/DME operations, owning throughput, SLAs, quality, and cost to serve across qualifications, resupply, fulfillment, and member transitions. You will drive a rigorous performance-management engine while coordinating with Product, Technology, and Transformation teams to simplify workflows and scale the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading high-volume operations in healthcare, BPO/contact center, or equivalent environments with senior leadership experience.
• Proven ability to build accountability and performance-management systems where none existed.
• Experience mapping end-to-end workflows and partnering with Product/Technology to scale processes.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution: throughput, productivity, SLAs, and queue management.
• Build accountability structures and performance-tracking routines across the team.
• Assess team structure and leadership bench to support scaling.
• Treat order workflow as a system; define problems, standardize flow, embed rules in tools.
• Identify high-labor steps and design waste out of processes.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Process Improvement, and Transformation to simplify flows and lower cost.
