Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or executive operations role.
• Proven track record of building and scaling operational infrastructure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex operational initiatives.
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools, CRM platforms, and operational technology.
• Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency and scalability in a high-growth organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies that support company growth and scalability.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across all business functions including sales operations, workforce management, and client delivery.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, systems, and workflows.
• Partner with executive leadership to align operational priorities with company objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across departments.
• Establish and monitor key operational metrics, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and output.
• Oversee vendor relationships, technology infrastructure, and resource allocation.
• Develop and manage the operations budget.
• Build and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
