Job summary

Accruent seeks a visionary Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead global FP&A, Revenue Operations, and Sales Incentive Administration. You will partner with the CFO and L1 executives to shape budgets, forecasts, and strategic investments, delivering actionable insights and robust performance management.

Qualifications

• Fifteen plus years of progressive finance experience.
• Experience leading FP&A, corporate or strategic finance.
• Strong collaboration with CFOs and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead global FP&A, Revenue Operations and Sales Incentive Administration.
• Develop forecasts, budgeting, reporting frameworks and KPI dashboards.
• Provide executive-level financial analysis and decision support.
• Coach and develop a high-performing finance team.
