Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, MPH) preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience with risk-based and value-based arrangements (Medicare Advantage, ACO/MSSP, capitation, shared savings) preferred.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong financial, analytical, and operational acumen.

Responsibilities

• Translate value-based care strategy into an enterprise operating model and plan.
• Define standard value-based care workflows and playbooks for consistency.
• Establish governance, cadences, and escalation paths across sites and divisions.
• Lead care management, coordination, and patient outreach initiatives in cardiovascular populations.
