Responsibilities

• Define enterprise technology-operations vision and multi-year roadmaps.
• Manage portfolio for technology operations, automation, and global delivery.
• Establish governance, decision rights, and resource allocation across functions.
• Translate strategy into enterprise capability and delivery requirements.
• Sponsor workflow redesign and scalable processes across onshore and global teams.
• Set KPIs for productivity, quality, and ROI; report to executives.
• Lead Technology Operations leadership teams and partner with vendor leadership.
• Align platform architecture and product roadmaps with delivery constraints.
• Ensure governance, security, risk, and regulatory compliance across portfolio.
