Job summary

Nametag is a remote-first identity platform headquartered in the US. The VP of Operations will own the company-wide operating system, aligning Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, and People to move with speed as Nametag scales.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business operations, strategy and operations, or chief of staff with executive partnerships in high-growth tech.
• Proven cadence: planning, OKRs, and cross-functional execution systems across orgs.
• Fluent in budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, resource allocation, and metrics.
• Experience improving business systems; familiarity with CRM, BI, planning, and collaboration tools.
• Cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, and People/HR.
• Bachelor’s or equivalent; MBA is a plus; venture-backed startup experience preferred.
• Understand security, identity, or SaaS domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run the rhythm of the business with leadership meetings, planning, reviews, and offsites; translate strategy into priorities.
• Build and run a disciplined intake and prioritization process; define funding and stop/scale criteria with Finance.
• Assess tools, data, processes, and infrastructure; establish ownership, improve data quality, automate recurring work.
• Own the OKR process and dashboards; monitor risks, dependencies, and outcomes; drive cross-functional programs.
