Job summary

Insight Global seeks a visionary Vice President of Operations to align and optimize HR, Marketing, Product, PM, and Professional Services. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive the execution of the company’s strategic plan and build scalable processes to support growth.

This executive role requires leading cross-functional initiatives, establishing metrics, and enhancing efficiency across the organization to enable long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of operational leadership experience with increasing responsibility.
• Strong background in operations, systems oversight, workflows, and infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and execute strategic initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide operations strategy.
• Drive day-to-day operations in partnership with the CEO.
• Align and optimize cross-functional operations across HR, Marketing, Product, Project Management, and Professional Services.
• Implement scalable frameworks, policies, systems, and processes to support growth and efficiency.
• Improve workflows, organizational infrastructure, and overall business performance.
• Develop operational metrics and reporting to drive accountability and informed decision-making.
