Job summary

Nametag is seeking a VP of Operations to own the company-wide operating system and align Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Finance, and People to scale with speed and cohesion. You will translate strategy into prioritized actions and measurable outcomes while partnering with the CEO and leadership.

You will establish operating rhythm, governance, OKRs, and dashboards, manage budgets and headcount, and shape cross-functional execution. A track record in high-growth tech startups is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business operations, strategy and operations, or a chief of staff role.
• Experience in a venture-backed startup; familiarity with security, identity, or SaaS is a plus.
• Ability to build operating cadence, planning, OKRs, and cross-functional execution systems.

Responsibilities

• Run the company operating rhythm and ensure strategic alignment across functions and leadership meetings.
• Define and manage portfolio prioritization, investments, and resourcing with clear business cases and gates.
• Build scalable infrastructure, tools, data standards, and processes to support rapid growth.
• Own the OKR process and maintain credible scorecards and dashboards across the organization.
• Oversee budget, headcount planning, vendor portfolio, and cross-functional execution initiatives.
