Job summary

GivingIQ seeks a Vice President of Operations and Product to oversee infrastructure, systems and processes while guiding product strategy, roadmap and execution. This remote-first leadership role reports to the CEO and drives scale across nonprofit funding operations.

You will own the end-to-end product roadmap, coordinate across Sales, Marketing, CS and partners, implement Agentic AI solutions, and build a high-performing, remote-enabled team with strong operational KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations management in a tech or fintech environment.
• Experience integrating systems to support sales, CS, billing, subscriptions and payments.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define operational objectives, strategy, workflow and milestones across departments (Operations).
• Oversee documentation of processes, procedures and checklists; monitor operational KPIs.
• Oversee integration and operation of systems including CRM, marketing automation, chat, customer support, BI and communications
• Build and lead remote-first operations, training and support, supporting culture of excellence
• Own the end-to-end product roadmap with milestones and timelines; formalize product development processes
• Drive product releases on schedule and manage partner/institution integrations
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and CS on positioning, enablement and launches, and maintain collateral
