• Develop the growth plan: demand generation, membership growth, close rate, average ticket, and new service lines.
• P&L contribution from day one, growing into full P&L ownership: revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA.
• Operating rhythm with the leadership team: a clear scorecard, weekly reviews, and follow-through.
• Field performance: call booking, dispatch, technician productivity, callbacks, and customer experience.
• Technician recruiting, development, and retention in a tight Northern New Jersey labor market.
• Installing the platform playbook: deploying proven SOPs and confirming adoption.
