Job summary

Finatal, a private equity-backed commercial building services platform, seeks a VP of Finance in Texas to lead FP&A, financial systems, data & analytics, and business partnering. This executive will report to the CFO and guide forecasting, reporting, and M&A integration across a branch-based, high-growth organization with regular travel to operating locations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading finance within a branch-based and multi-site organization, with demonstrated business partnering across multiple operating locations.
• Strong FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and business partnering experience within a large, multi-site organization.
• Experience in private equity-backed, high-growth, or acquisitive businesses preferred.
• Proven M&A experience, including diligence, integration, and systems/process transformation.
• Demonstrated success building high-performing teams and leading organizational change.
• Experience in commercial services, building services, facilities services, industrial services, distribution, construction, or other branch-based, asset-intensive businesses is highly preferred.

Job Description
