Credit Acceptance is seeking a highly experienced VP of FP&A to provide strategic financial leadership, oversee budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and executive-level reporting. The role partners with the CFO and senior leadership to translate strategy into measurable financial objectives and drive long-range planning and capital allocation decisions.

Qualifications

12+ years of progressive finance experience.
5+ years of leadership experience managing managers and professional teams.
Extensive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, and corporate finance.
Experience partnering with executive leadership to drive performance.

Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and rolling financial plans across revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
Deliver timely management reporting and executive dashboards for GAAP and non-GAAP metrics.
Develop insights to improve profitability and shareholder value.
Support capital planning, liquidity management and funding strategies.
Drive finance technology roadmap with automation and analytics.
