Travere Therapeutics is seeking a seasoned Vice President of FP&A to lead strategic financial planning and analysis, guiding capital allocation and investment priorities across the biotech/pharma landscape. The role focuses on enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and executive-level advisory to accelerate growth in rare disease programs.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in biotech/pharma finance leadership, with strong modeling skills, and a track record in BD support and capital markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in finance, accounting, or related field.
• MBA, CFA, or similar preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership within biotech/pharma.
• Experience in enterprise financial planning, forecasting, and strategic investments.
• Strong understanding of R&D economics, clinical development, and portfolio management.
• Experience supporting business development and capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance reporting.
• Advise executive leadership on financial strategy, capital allocation, and investment priorities.
• Lead M&A financial evaluation and integration.
• Develop advanced financial models and analytical tools.
• Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Commercial, Manufacturing, and other departments.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives.
