Job summary

Travere Therapeutics seeks a visionary Vice President, FP&A to lead the financial planning, forecasting and budgeting for a growing biotech company. You will build models, guide capital allocation and provide strategic insight to the CFO and executive team across R&D, commercial, and manufacturing.

You will partner with senior leaders and the Board to ensure disciplined financial planning, scenario analysis and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• MBA, CFA, or other advanced business or finance credential preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible finance leadership experience in biotech/pharma.
• Experience leading FP&A, budgeting, long-range planning and financial performance for a public biotech/pharma.
• Experience partnering with executives and Boards on strategic planning and value creation.
• Experience developing financial models, scenario analyses, and capital allocation frameworks.
• Experience supporting business development activities including M&A and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Company's financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, scenario analysis, modeling, and reporting.
• Serve as strategic advisor to the CFO and Executive Leadership Team on enterprise strategy and capital allocation.
• Lead enterprise-wide resource allocation and portfolio investment analyses across R&D, Commercial, Manufacturing and other functions.
• Represent Finance with investors, banking partners, auditors, and Board members.
• Lead due diligence and integration planning for M&A, licensing, and strategic collaborations.
• Develop and enhance financial models, KPIs, forecasting methods, and analytical tools.
• Oversee monthly performance reporting and Board materials with actionable insights.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing Finance organization.
