Travere Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical company focused on rare diseases, invites a strategic VP, FP&A to shape financial planning, budgeting, and long-range growth. You will partner with the CFO, lead a high‑performing finance team, and drive capital allocation, forecasting accuracy, and executive insight across R&D, commercial, and operations.

The role offers a base pay range of $285,000–$385,000, annual bonus eligibility, and a remote-friendly US, hybrid collaboration with global leadership.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible finance leadership experience.
• Experience partnering with CEOs and Boards on strategic planning.

Responsabilités

• Lead the FP&A function including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Provide strategic advisory to CFO and Executive Leadership Team on enterprise strategy and capital allocation.
• Oversee enterprise-wide resource allocation and portfolio investment analyses.
• Drive development of integrated financial models and KPIs for decision support.
• Lead transformation of finance processes and analytics to improve scalability and efficiency.
• Mentor and develop the Finance organization.
