Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a seasoned Vice President of FP&A to partner with the CFO in guiding financial strategy and long‑term value creation. The role oversees planning, forecasting, budgeting, and capital allocation to support growth in a complex biotech environment.

The leader will mentor the Finance team, drive scalable processes, and collaborate with R&D, Commercial, Medical, and Operations to align financial plans with business priorities, maximizing shareholder value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• MBA, CFA, or other advanced credential preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years in progressively responsible finance leadership roles within biotechnology/pharma.
• Experience leading FP&A for a publicly traded biotech/pharma company.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Company’s financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning and reporting.
• Serve as strategic advisor to the CFO and executive team on enterprise strategy and capital allocation.
• Oversee enterprise-wide resource allocation and portfolio investment analyses across functions.
• Represent Finance with investors, banking partners, auditors and Board of Directors.
• Lead due diligence and integration planning for mergers, licensing transactions, and collaborations.
• Develop and enhance integrated financial models and KPIs for decision support.
