Travere Therapeutics seeks a Vice President of FP&A to partner with the CFO on financial strategy, planning, forecasting and capital allocation, ensuring resources drive long‑term value creation across the company. This executive role leads the Finance team and reports to the CFO.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of finance leadership in biotech or pharmaceutical settings, strong modeling and deal‑execution experience, and a track record of collaborating with boards and senior leaders to align

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible finance leadership experience.
• Experience leading FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and boards to support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and reporting.
• Serve as strategic advisor to CFO and senior leadership on enterprise strategy and capital allocation.
• Oversee enterprise-wide resource allocation and portfolio analyses across R&D, Commercial, Manufacturing, and corporate functions.
• Lead and develop the Finance organization, mentoring and succession planning.
