Travere Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a Vice President, FP&A to partner with the CFO and guide the company’s financial strategy for sustainable growth in a rapidly evolving biotechnology environment.

Leading the planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting, you will mentor a high‑performing finance team and collaborate across R&D, Commercial, Manufacturing, Legal, HR and IT to align financial plans with strategic priorities for value creation.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible finance leadership experience in biotechnology/pharmaceuticals.
• Experience with enterprise planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Experience partnering with executives and boards on strategic financial decisions.
• Experience developing financial models, capital allocation frameworks, and DCF analyses.

Aufgaben

• Lead FP&A including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, long-range planning, scenario analysis, financial modeling, and performance reporting.
• Advise CFO and executive leadership on enterprise strategy and capital allocation.
• Oversee M&A financial evaluation, due diligence, and integration planning.
• Develop enhanced models, KPIs, and BI tools to improve forecasting and visibility.
• Collaborate with departments to align financial plans with business priorities.
