Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking a high‑level FinanceExecutive to lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning in a fast‑growing biotech environment. You will partner with the CFO and ELT to optimize capital allocation and drive long‑term value creation.

The role requires deep experience in enterprise finance within biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries, with a track record of influencing Board decisions and steering complex financial programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related discipline.
• MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced credential preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible finance leadership experience in biotech/pharma.
• Experience leading enterprise FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to executives/Boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A function: budgeting, quarterly forecasting, long-range planning and performance reporting for strategic decisions.
• Serve as strategic adviser to CFO and Executive Leadership Team on enterprise strategy and capital allocation.
• Oversee portfolio investment analyses across R&D, Commercial, Manufacturing, and corporate functions.
• Lead M&A evaluation, due diligence, and integration planning for corporate development initiatives.
• Develop integrated financial models, KPIs, and forecasting tools to improve decision-making and visibility.
• Represent Finance with investors, banks, auditors, and Board interactions.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align financial plans with business priorities.
