Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a VP of Implementation to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of client implementations. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, drive scalable processes, manage a portfolio of enterprise SaaS deployments, and partner with CTO, Product, and soporte to ensure governance, security, and client adoption. Remote-friendly, high-visibility leadership role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise software implementation projects and development of teams of PMs/implementation specialists.
• PMP or PgMP or equivalent certification required.
• Healthcare or health-tech implementation experience preferred; SaaS delivery experience a must.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all client implementation projects across the organization.
• Mentor and develop implementation team members and establish accountability.
• Forecast demand and capacity, plan staffing, and ensure cross-training and backup coverage.
