Job summary

Serena & Lily seeks a Technology Leadership professional at VP level to own the enterprise technology portfolio, including ERP, PIM, merchandising, and FP&A. This remote, full-time role partners with business leaders to translate process needs into scalable solutions.

You will build and lead a high-performing engineering org with a strong focus on reliability and delivery. Reporting to the SVP, Technology, you will drive multi-year roadmaps, vendor relations, and platform strategy while enabling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years leading engineering teams and managing managers at scale.
• Proven track record building and developing high-performing engineering teams supporting business-critical applications.
• Familiarity with modern architecture and integrating enterprise systems with commerce and digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise systems delivery and reliability across ERP, Merchandising, PIM, FP&A, and integrations.
• Lead or influence vendor selection, implementation, and uplift of enterprise platforms.
• Drive engineering health, observability, and delivery predictability across the portfolio.
