Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience in Professional Services, Consulting, Enterprise Software, or SaaS organizations, including 10+ years leading delivery teams and leaders.
- Strong commercial and operational acumen with revenue, utilization, forecasting, and margin management experience.
- Experience working with system integrators, subcontractor partners, and broader delivery ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of enterprise software implementation methodologies and customer delivery best practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership across the North America Professional Services team.
- Oversee delivery of enterprise software implementations on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
- Partner with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction, platform adoption, and measurable business value.
- Lead regional delivery governance, resource planning, profitability, forecasting, and operating metrics.
