Job summary

Hcfraudshield seeks a VP of Implementation to lead global client onboarding, drive delivery strategy, and scale processes across departments. You will oversee multiple do-now programs, ensure go-live readiness, and maintain high-quality client outcomes.

You will partner with CTO, Product, Data, and Client Engagement teams to optimize product adoption, governance, and security practices, while mentoring a growing team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise software implementation projects.
• PMP, PgMP or equivalent credential required.
• Healthcare or health-tech implementation experience preferred.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for all client implementation projects.
• Mentor and develop implementation team members.
• Forecast demand and capacity, plan staffing, and ensure cross-training.
• Oversee multiple concurrent implementations with plans and risks.
• Collaborate with CTO, IT, Product, Data, Sales, Support and others.
• Develop and improve implementation processes and documentation.
• Coordinate data mapping, validation, and readiness activities.
• Build strong relationships with client leadership and ensure adoption.
